Changdong Group Jiangdong Shipyard has carried out lean shipbuilding while intensifying the shipbuilding supporting technical transformation and accelerating the upgrading and transformation of enterprises. Through innovative processes and optimized processes, the shipbuilding technical problems are continuously solved. The 12,000-ton ship X-beam support installation process in batches is complex, with high precision and difficulty. To this end, the plant set up a "dimethyl plate support, box foot pre-installation" research team, the feasibility of the support of the dimethyl plate support, box feet pre-installed in the segment, research and analysis in the consolidation of the pre-installed On the basis of the implementation of the new process of pre-assembly of the box foot segment, combined with the assembly D section without any amount of closure, improved the production environment after the cargo compartment, double-layer bottom section is closed, to improve the accuracy of shipbuilding and implementation of PSPC (new standard of coating ) laid the foundation.

In order to solve the pressure brought by the lag of purchased equipment, Jiangdong Shipyard creatively proposed to complete the installation of shafting and rudder water on the mooring state. The plant passed the downdraft ballast test of the ankle chamber to expose the raft shaft to the water surface, and then carried out the underwater installation project according to the axis determined by the ship on the shore and the center line of the rudder line, that is, the “double center”. The plant successfully carried out the installation of the shaft and rudder on five 12,000-ton ships and passed the inspection by GL (German Lloyd's Register) surveyor. The “Double Center” process project was identified by the Science and Technology Department of Anhui Province as the “Domestic First” project in 2007.
