Wuchuan shipbuilding coding technology leads domestically

On October 13th, the “Shipbuilding Code Technology Research” project, which was completed by Wuchang Shipyard after more than three years, passed the review of the organization organized by CSIC. The experts of the judging panel believed that the project took the lead in researching the supporting technology of the shipbuilding coding system in China, analyzed and discussed the necessity and feasibility of the unified shipbuilding code, and laid the foundation for digital shipbuilding. The research results are at the domestic leading level.

Shipbuilding coding technology is the basic technology of shipbuilding informationization and continues to develop with the development of shipbuilding mode. The research topic of "Shipbuilding Coding Technology Research" is the idea and method of coding. The research team comprehensively applied group technology, overall optimization theory, concurrent engineering and information technology, and took the lead in using the analytic hierarchy process and cluster analysis method in China to study the intermediate product-oriented ship lane construction coding system. The development of coding system has a wide range of guiding significance; the cost management code of ship products based on the standard cost of intermediate products is studied; the computer management application program of armor code is studied, which is the cost management coding and application of ship products. Encoding provides new ideas.
