Recently, organized by Hunan Science and Technology Department and organized by the Science and Technology Bureau of Hengyang City, the Science and Technology Achievement Evaluation Project of the “Two-stage Pressure-limiting Variable Displacement Vane Oil Pump Development†project completed by Hunan Engine Oil Pump Co., Ltd. was held. A new type of variable control mode was pioneered, and a two-stage pressure-limiting variable displacement vane type variable control method was proposed. A variable control system was independently developed and has obvious energy-saving effects. According to this method, the vane-type machine was successfully developed for the first time in China. The oil pump products and samples passed the type test of the Hunan Provincial Internal Combustion Engine Quality Supervision and Inspection Authorization Station, and they were used by users and reflected well. The overall technology of the project's achievements has reached the international advanced level.
